Presentation: A Deeper Dive into Floating Offshore Wind
Michael Olsen has over 15 years’ experience working in the offshore wind industry. He is currently Vice President, Strategy & Partnerships at Aker Solutions. Before joining Aker Solutions, Michael held various roles in the industry, including Vice President, Policy & Government Affairs at Mainstream Renewable Power and Aker Offshore Wind, Senior Director, Business Development at Equinor, and Senior Counsel at Bracewell LLP. Prior to that, Michael served for almost six years in the George W. Bush Administration at the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he oversaw a wide range of energy and environmental issues, including the development of offshore wind.
