Jenny Vick is the West Coast Offshore Wind Lead for HDR. As an established environmental consultant, Jenny has over 17 years of environmental and project management experience preparing CEQA and NEPA documents for a wide range of marine and coastal projects, including renewable energy, substations, transmission, and ports. Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in marine biology from James Cook University in Australia.
