Chuck Cook is the Vice President of Policy and Outreach for the Business Network for Offshore Wind. Prior to that he has held positions as the Political and Legislative Director of the Maryland State and DC AFL-CIO, Political Director of the Maryland Democratic Party, and Intergovernmental Affairs Representative for Governor O’Malley. Chuck is an Army Veteran and lives in Crofton, MD, with his wife and three children.
