Presentation: Breaking Through: California Companies Working in Offshore Wind
Brian Sabina is the Founder and CEO of Clean Energy Terminals, an industrial real estate firm focused on identifying and developing offshore wind port facilities.
Prior to launching Clean Energy Terminals, Brian was the Chief Economic Growth Officer for the State of New Jersey. In this role, he led the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s efforts in strategic sector, real estate, and infrastructure development, including overseeing a $14 billion portfolio of tax credits, grants, and financing programs for the State.
Brian spearheaded New Jersey’s port, supply chain, and workforce development efforts for offshore wind sector, including personally shaping the ports and economic development approach for NJ’s first three offshore power solicitations and leading the development of the NJ Wind Port, a $1 billion+ greenfield offshore wind marshalling and manufacturing facility.
Brian also previously worked at McKinsey & Company where he was part of the firm’s public sector and infrastructure practices.
