Theodore J. Paradise is the Chief Policy and Legal Officer for Hexicon, a global developer of floating offshore wind and technology innovator and provider. Theodore has over twenty years of experience in the energy industry regarding regulatory, power system planning, policy, and project development matters. In recent years, Theodore has been a leading voice regarding the benefits of coordinated, shared transmission for offshore wind as a cost saving and enabling approach, and the need for offshore wind technology innovation beyond increases to turbine size. Prior to Hexicon, Theodore was EVP at Anbaric, a transmission developer. Theodore spent 15 years at ISO New England where he was assistant general counsel with oversight of planning and operating regulatory issues. Theodore started his career in private practice in Washington, DC representing utilities across the U.S. and Canada.
