Cable Challenges for Floating Offshore Wind 

Callum joined Proserv in 2022 having worked within the industry for three years with the UK’s leading Research and Technology Organisation, Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, as a Regional Partnership Manager, focused on O&M and digital solutions. While working for the Catapult, Callum’s role provided him with a great platform from which to engage with operators and the supply chain to gain a better understanding of the issues across the industry, and the solution providers aiming to meet them.   

Callum’s role at Proserv as Business Development Manager for Renewables is to lead the development of Proserv’s footprint in the Renewables Industry, developing new opportunities for service offerings and to support Synaptec’s activities within the Renewables Sector. Proserv currently deliver a holistic cable monitoring solution, ECG™, which includes termination monitoring. 

Callum has an undergraduate degree in Applied Chemistry, and a master’s degree in Sustainable Energy.
